2) Eligibility & Acceptance

By using the Website or booking Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have authority to bind the customer on whose behalf you act. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3) Services, Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates. Quotes are based on information provided and/or typical conditions. Final pricing may change if the scope, size, access, or condition differs from what was described.
• Scope. Standard cleans cover common areas and tasks; deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and specialty services are separate and may require additional time/fees.
• Minimums. Minimum service charges, visit durations, or call-out fees may apply.
• Re-cleans. If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours; we’ll arrange a reasonable re-clean of the specific areas, subject to availability. Refunds are not guaranteed.

4) Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

• Access. Provide safe, timely access (keys, codes, buzzer, elevator, parking). Time lost due to access issues may reduce service time without price reduction.
• Cancellations/Reschedules. Please give 24 business hours’ notice. Late cancellations or lock-outs may incur up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Delays. Arrival windows account for traffic and job variability. We’ll communicate material delays and reschedule if needed.

5) Health, Safety & Limits

• Hazards. We do not handle biohazards, mold remediation, infestations, human/animal waste, heavy lifting beyond OSHA-safe limits, or unsafe work. We may refuse/stop service if conditions are unsafe.
• Supplies & Equipment. We use professional tools/products. If you request your own products, you accept responsibility for results and any damage they cause.
• Pets. Please secure pets during service. We are not responsible for escapes or stress-related incidents.

6) Personal Property, Damage & Breakage

• Pre-existing conditions. Wear, improper installation, unstable items, and aged/fragile surfaces can be damaged by normal cleaning; we’re not responsible for such conditions.
• Valuables. Please put away cash, jewelry, important documents, and fragile/irreplaceable items.
• Reporting. Report alleged damage within 24 hours with photos and a description. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion, not exceeding the amount paid for the affected visit.

7) Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, prepare spaces for access, comply with building rules, and refrain from soliciting our staff for off-platform work during and 12 months after their last assignment.

8) Payments, Invoices & Taxes

Payment is due as stated at booking or on the invoice. Late balances may incur late fees and collection costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless noted.

9) Promotions & Recurring Plans

Discounts and recurring plan rates apply only while qualifying conditions remain in effect and may be modified or discontinued. Missed/skipped visits may adjust the rate tier.

10) Content & Intellectual Property

The Website content is owned by Best Super Cleaning or its licensors and protected by IP laws. No copying, distribution, or derivative works without prior written consent, except limited personal, non-commercial use.

11) Acceptable Use

You may not introduce malware, scrape or reverse-engineer, attempt unauthorized access, infringe third-party rights, or use the Services unlawfully. We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

12) Third-Party Links & Tools

Third-party links/tools are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or control third-party content, products, or services and assume no responsibility for them.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEST SUPER CLEANING AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS/REVENUE; LOSS OF DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; WHERE PROHIBITED, THE APPLICABLE LIMITATION WILL BE THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Best Super Cleaning and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website or Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or law.

17) Rescheduling, Suspension & Termination

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, pandemics, labor shortages, supply chain issues, power failures, or government actions.

20) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

21) Severability; No Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

22) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service-specific confirmations or invoices and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Best Super Cleaning regarding the Website and Services.
