OUR PROCESS

Hiring a qualified team for construction labor and/or rubbish removal is essential for any construction site. Keeping a site clean and safe can be a challenge, even for smaller projects. At Best Super Cleaning, we have a highly experienced staff and a fleet of trucks ready to handle work on your construction site, no matter how large or small.

Price Sheet Proposal

We will submit a price sheet proposal for:

CONSTRUCTION LABOR
We will provide a qualified team of construction labor specialists that work on an hourly rate according to your needs.

RUBBISH REMOVAL
We provide trucks and containers that are priced per unit.

As a developer you can sign up for one or both or these services as needed.

PRICE PER YARD

GARBAGE TRUCKS WITH FULL CLEANUP LABOR

Our most popular service - the crew will pull up to the property with truck and meticulously clean up all the floors. Then they will place all the garbage, debris and rubbish into the trucks. Once the trucks are fully loaded and all of the garbage, debris and rubbish is cleared from the property, we measure the by the yard of garbage, debris and rubbish marked inside the trucks (see picture).

LUMP SUM REMOVAL

We will offer a lump sum proposal based on the square footage of your building. This includes the previously mentioned services all in one set price.

We will provide daily labor to clean and remove garbage needed through the completion of the project.

The developer will need to provide the architectural plans in order to calculate the square footage and provide the best pricing.
